Chester Mueck

Chester Otto Mueck, born October 25, 1949, passed away on August 17, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and cherished memories. He will be remembered by his family, friends, and all who knew him for the life he lived and the impact he made on those around him. 

Chester will be remembered for the warmth he shared with those around him. Through his friendships and the quiet moments spent with loved ones, he brought comfort, meaning, and many lasting memories to others. 

He is survived by his daughter, Marlana Curlee, and her husband, Robert Curlee Ill; and his three grandchildren, Abigail Ward and her husband Landen Ward; Hunter Wright, and Andrew Wright.

 He was preceded in death by his parents, Otto Mueck and Lorine Mueck, and his brother, Wayne Mueck. Chester's memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved him. 

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at Carmel Church, 12412 Highway 36, Needville, Texas 77461. The family will welcome friends and loved ones for visitation from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. prior to the service
