Clara Jane Pultar, 64, of Richmond, TX., passed away peacefully on January 30, 2019 surrounded by her family and friends. Clara was born on March 25, 1954 in Richmond, TX., to John and Clara (Kusy) Pultar.
Visitation will be held on Sat., Feb. 2, 2019 in the chapel of E.P. Compean Funeral Directors from 2pm to 4pm, with a religious service at 3pm.
Clara is preceded in death by her parents, John and Clara Pultar; sister, Mary Ann Pultar; and brothers, Charles Pultar and Paul John Pultar.
Clara did many things in her life. After graduating from Lamar Cons. High School, she continued her education at Texas State University to become a Home Economics teacher. She went to work at Foleys after graduating from college. After Foleys, she went back to school to get her teaching endorsements. From that point on she began her teaching career and her students became her children. She volunteered at the Houston Zoo and Brazos Bend State Park for several years. She always put others before herself and loved beyond belief. She had a heart of gold and will be forever remembered.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories her brothers, Frank Pultar and Willie Pultar; along with numerous nephews, friends and other loved ones.
