Connie Vargas

Connie Vargas, 90, was born on Dec. 8, 1927, in Needville, TX., and went to be with her “Lord & Loved Ones” on May 8, 2018, in Richmond, TX.

A memorial service will be held on Sat., May 19, 2018, at 10:00am in the chapel of E.P. Compean Funeral Directors. The family will be welcoming friends at 9:30am.

Connie is preceded in death by her husband, David Vargas; parents, Jacinto and Virginia (Villanueva) Perez; step mother, Aurora Perez; daughters, Nancy Ann Vargas and Grace Vargas.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her sons, Paul Vargas, Eddie Vargas and wife Selena, Pat Vargas, Carlos Vargas and wife Tammy; brothers, Zeke Perez, Eliseo Perez and Albert Perez; sisters, Ruth Castillo, Mary Capetillo, Terry Garcia, Josie Gonzales, Esther Vasquez and Angie Bentacur; her grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.

The family would like to thank the nurses and staff on the 4^th floor at Oak Bend Medical Center for their amazing and compassionate care.
