Frances M. Benton

Frances Marie Benton, 74, of Needville, TX, was born on January 11, 1946, and went to be with her “Lord & Loved Ones” on September 15, 2020.

Visitation will be held in the chapel of E.P. Compean Funeral Directors, 1223 Sixth St., Rosenberg, TX 77471 on Monday, September 21, 2020, from 9:30am-12pm with a Religious service beginning at 10:30am.

Interment will follow in Needville Public Cemetery, Needville, TX at 2pm.

Frances M. Benton is preceded in death by her father, Eury Glass; mother, Ida Mae McCaig; and brothers; Don Glass and Edward Glass and wife Donna. Two days after the passing of Frances her brother Richard Glass passed as well.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband of 51 years; William E. Benton; daughters, Sherry Benton and Donna Weishiemer and husband Randy; grandsons, Randy Weishiemer Jr., Matthew Benton, and Noah Weishiemer; brothers, Roy Glass and wife Kathy and Gary Glass; sister, Catherine Signor and husband Keith; sister in laws; Carolyn Glass and Kathy Glass; along with numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other loved ones.

Frances was a Loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, Sister, and Friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
