Leonel “Jesse” Ceballos

Leonel “Jesse” Ceballos, 84, was born on Dec. 31, 1935, and passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Feb. 18, 2020.

Visitations will be held in the chapel of E.P. Compean Funeral Directors on Wed., Feb. 19, 2020, from 5:00pm to 8:30pm with a rosary being prayed @ 6:30pm and on Thurs., Feb. 20, 2020, from 10:00am to Noon.

Rite of committal will follow in West Gethsemane Cemetery, in Rosenberg, TX.

Jesse is preceded in death by his wife, Herminia Ceballos; parents, Jesus Ceballos and Herminia Esparza; grandmother, Maria Cuevas.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his daughters, Cynthia Pavlik, Modesta “Molly” Villanueva and husband Joe, and Veronica Reza and husband Phillip; 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter; brother, David Ceballos; sisters, nieces, nephews, friends and other loved ones.
