RosaElia G. Lopez, 61, of Rosenberg, TX., was born on August 10, 1964, and passed away peacefully on November 19, 2025, surrounded by her family.

Mass will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 1600 Avenue D, Rosenberg, TX 7747 on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 10:00am.

Viewing will be held at Rushing Estes Knowles Mortuary, 220 S. Getty Street, Uvalde, TX 78801 on Sunday, November 23, 2025, from 1:00pm to 9:00pm with a rosary being prayed at 7:00pm.

Final Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 408 Fort Clark Road, Uvalde, TX 78801 on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 2:00pm.

Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Cemetery.

She is preceded in death by her father, Arturo Gutierrez.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories, her husband, Rolando Lopez Sr.; daughters, Angelica Trevino and husband Eric Trevino and Andrea Rodriguez and husband Jeremy Rodriguez; son, Rolando Lopez Jr. and wife Fernanda Lopez; mother, Inocencia Ruiz Gutierrez; sisters, Rosa Elva Salazar and husband Juan Salazar and Linda Galindo and husband Raymond Galindo; brother, Oscar Gutierrez and wife Norma Gutierrez; 7 grandchildren, Liliana Martinez, Ariana Martinez, Gabriella Rodriguez, Milah Trevino, Tristian Trevino, Eriq Trevino, and Madelyn Morales Lopez; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Jeremy Rodriguez, Eric Trevino, Caleb Cortes, Jesse Morales, Devin Mercado, Juan Salazar, Raymond Galindo, and Edson Cortes; honorary pallbearer, Oscar Gutierrez.

RosaElia Lopez moved through life the way light fills a room. Gently, faithfully, without ever needing to be seen to make everything around her brighter. She was generous in the moments that mattered, faithful in the seasons that tested her, and unwavering in her reminder that God’s presence is found wherever we seek it. Even at the end of her journey, she gave the profound gift of life to five others. Her absence will be deeply felt, yet her spirit remains in the faith she lived, the love she offered, and in the hearts of all who knew her, where she will continue to live quietly and forever.
