Terry "Summer" Kambhu

Terry “Summer” Kambhu, 22, of Richmond TX., was born on Oct. 26, 2000, and passed away on Sept. 23, 2023, surrounded by her family and friends. 

A viewing will be held on Fri., Sept. 29, 2023, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the chapel of E.P. Compean Funeral Directors, 1223 Sixth St., Rosenberg, TX 77471.

A memorial service will be held on Sat., Sept. 30, 2023, at 10:00 am at Calvary Episcopal Church, 806 Thompson Rd., Richmond, Tx. 77469.

Terry lived by John 13:34-35, “AND SO I AM GIVING A NEW COMMANDMENT TO YOU NOW-LOVE EACH OTHER JUST AS MUCH AS I LOVE YOU. YOUR STRONG LOVE FOR EACH OTHER WILL PROVE TO THE WORLD THAT YOU ARE MY DISCIPLES”

Terry leaves behind to cherish her memories and carry on her legacy, her parents, Craig Kambhu and JaLene Thatcher Kambhu; her sister, Lauren Theriot and husband Reggie; her brothers, Marshall Grafft and wife Brittany, Bryan Thatcher Bartay, and Cameron Kambhu and fiancé Faith; grandmother, Linda “MeMaw” Thatcher; grandmother and grandfather, Pat and Kawi “Mimi & Papa Bhu” Kambhu along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and other loved ones. She lives on through the 4 recipients of her organs and by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers the family requested that a donation be made in Terry Kambhu’s name to CASA of Galveston.
